Competition “Przyjazny Urząd”: two awards for the Office for Foreigners

The Office for Foreigners became the winner of II national competition of quality “Urząd Przyjazny”. The initiative promotes the development of professional authority and functioning in order to improve the quality of customer service. The plebiscite is organized by the Institute of Management and Quality Development.

Public institutions receive awards in the contest divided into particular categories. The office for foreigners has received two awards: the quality mark “Przyjazny Urząd” and an additional award “Wzorowa Jakość” which are assigned to units that within the process of assessment received the highest scores from the members of the Chapter.

The badge “Przyjazny Urząd” is awarded by the Chapter, which is composed of scientists dealing with state administration and quality management, as well as representatives of the environment practitioners of public administration. The Chapter consists of researchers working in the most prestigious Polish universities. Evaluation in the competition is divided into two stages. The most competent institution in Poland receive The quality mark “Przyjazny Urząd”.

The results of the competition were announced during a solemn ceremony held in the Palace of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Jabłonna. On behalf of the Office for Foreigners the statues received Brinkevich Katarzyna – Director of the Office of Logistics and International Help.
