The legal solutions introduced in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic state that in a case when the employer changes the employment conditions for a foreigner stated in temporary residence and work permit due to utilising the instruments of protection against negative effects of the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus, the foreigner has the right to continue to work under the new conditions without the need to change the permit.
